All transaction payments at Cicana include subscription fees and guarantee fees, which are to be made exclusively through bank transfer to Cicana’s official bank account.  As for worker salary payments, you may directly pay them in cash to your workers, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

It is not allowed. All transaction payments at Cicana must be made solely through Cicana’s official bank account.  Please be informed that any transactions made outside of the account provided by Cicana are not our responsibility. 

Cicana has a 2-day probationary period policy, allowing you to evaluate the performance and character of the worker. If you find the worker’s performance satisfactory, you may proceed with paying the administration fee. Subsequently, we will provide a work regulation agreement letter to be signed by both the worker and the employer. 

For the collective health and safety, it is highly recommended to conduct early COVID-19 testing, either through antigen swab or PCR, for Housekeepers, Babysitters, and Caregivers. The cost of the test will be borne by the customer. 

We always put whether the candidate workers have been vaccinated or not on their profiles. To be safe, we recommend you to choose workers who have been vaccinated before.
