Have all workers at Cicana received education and training?

You don’t need to worry, Cicana provides worker education services, including: 

• Starter Education: Education for prospective Cicana workers from the interview stage to pre-departure. 
• After Arrive Education: Education provided to workers upon arrival at the employer’s home, covering motivation from our recruitment team to workers’ participation in e-Learning and tests in the “Attitude & Manner” class at the School of ART. Further information about the e-Learning School of ART can be found here. 
• Verification: Every worker who has completed the School of ART undergoes verification or a Q&A session with Cicana’s recruitment team. 
• One Month Education: Workers are provided with motivation and education after one month of work. 
• Two Month Education: Workers who have been working for two months undergo a performance review, and they are provided with motivation and education to maintain enthusiasm and consistency in their work.
