What if the worker candidate I hired turns out not a fit for me?

Prior to the commencement of work within your residence, we will undertake a rigorous selection process to ensure compatibility between you and the chosen worker. 

This process includes a direct interview session between yourself and the prospective worker to align your needs and preferences with the established criteria for the position. Following this, we will coordinate a three-way conference call involving you, our Cicana team, and the worker to prevent any potential miscommunication. 

In the event of any discrepancies arising after the commencement of work, you are entitled to request a replacement worker within the applicable warranty period, provided the terms and conditions of the warranty are met.
