How is the hiring process?
The hiring process at Cicana is effortlessly streamlined:
- We update our pool of job candidates on Cicana’s official website daily, enabling customers to interview more than one candidate for comparison.
- To request worker contact details, customers can initiate payment for the Subscription Fee, which grants access for one month. There are two subscription options available for selection. Explore the packages and their features on our homepage!
- Once a customer finds a suitable match with a worker, they can confirm with the Cicana team to cross-check the decision and the worker’s compatibility.
- Following confirmation, we conduct a conference call with the matched worker and customer to minimize the risk of miscommunication or incomplete information during the interview process.
- Subsequently, Cicana facilitates transportation arrangements for the worker’s departure. Payment for transportation is made upon the worker’s safe arrival at their destination, ensuring security against fraudulent activities.
