Responsibilities:
- Video Editing Content for TikTok & Instagram platforms
- Act as a live streaming host for TikTok platform
- Design marketing posters with effective visual editing and copywriting
- Write articles for the Cicana website
Qualification:
- Male or Female, aged 24–29 years old, domiciled in Jabodetabek, and well-groomed in appearance.
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), preferably from Communication Studies, Marketing Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, or other related fields.
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and has strong networking skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Able to multitask and has good time management skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing TikTok & Instagram content and being a live host.
- Skilled in creating engaging visual content using editing tools such as Canva & CapCut.
- Able to craft compelling and structured narratives.
- Communicative, fast learner, and able to work with targets.
- Willing to take days off on weekdays.
- Has a friendly, clear, and smiling voice when communicating.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
- Serve customers both online and offline
- Organize and facilitate conference calls between customers and employees
- Offer worker candidates and Cicana’s digital products through online and offline channels
- Develop strategic recommendations for effective engagement and collaboration to build partnerships
- Handle customer complaints
Qualification:
- Attractive appearance, male or female, and currently unmarried
- Aged between 23–28 years old, preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) from any major, preferably in Marketing or Office Management
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) from any major, preferably in Communication, Sociology, International Relations, Public Administration, Business Management, or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in operating laptops and Microsoft Office
