This package does not include services for arranging the placement of employees at your home; you will need to upgrade your package by paying an additional administrative fee or subscribing to Cicana All In One.
Cicana All in One — Rp2.000.000 for 3 months
An option for those who want a more comprehensive service, including assistance with worker recruitment, departure coordination, placement, and a worker replacement guarantee, effective from the date your Cicana All In One subscription is activated.
Cicana Pro: 30 day validity period from the date of activation.
Cicana All in One: 90 day (3 month) validity period starting from the date of payment, including the subscription period and warranty period.

Cicana Pro focuses on limited access to candidate search and matching features. You’ll still need to upgrade by paying the Cicana administration fee or subscribing to the All-in-One plan; you’ll then receive a guarantee of one replacement within three months, with a one-year search claim period.
For a plan that includes a 3-month labor warranty starting from the date of payment activation, you can choose Cicana All in One.
You’ll need to go through the candidate matching process and schedule an online interview first via phone or video call.
Cicana All in One Subscription is refundable under the following terms: the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the actual cost of Cicana Pro from the total All in One subscription fee. Refunds can only be processed after the 3-month active period has ended.
