Salary Range

A salary range is the payment amount between a set of low to high numbers by looking their skills and work experiences and represents the normal salary range based on:

• the number of children cared for not exceeding 1 child,
• the number of customer’s family not exceeding 4 people,
• and the customer’s house floors not exceeding 2 levels.

If there are additions to these factors, the worker’s salary will be adjusted, namely an extra salary ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 rupiah.

*In addition, workers who are placed outside the Jabodetabek area will receive extra salary based on the following conditions:

• For placements in other areas of Java (non-Jabodetabek), the worker’s salary will be increased by 200,000 to Rp500,000 rupiah
• For placements outside the island of Java, the worker’s salary will be increased by 500,000 to Rp1,000,000 rupiah.
