3. Candidate Search
After you fill out the form, we will send you a list of available candidates along with their profiles here.
You will review the candidates’ profiles which detail their education, experience, job interest, work history,
other informations, and psychological interview score with Behavior Event Interview (BEI)
4. Interview
Click the “get phone number” button on the candidate’s profile, then we will give you the worker’s phone number,
so you can interview them via WhatsApp, Voice Call/Video Call.
5. Set your worker start date
We will arrange the candidate’s transport directly to your house when the start date is set.

6. CicanaConferenceCall™
After you find a suitable candidate, we will arrange trilateral online meetings
(Customer, Worker and Cicana).
7. Pay
Pay Administration Fee to receive services such as worker delivery arrangements to your home, participation in the worker education service program, training in attitude & manners at the School of ART, and the worker replacement guarantee, you can pay the administration fee to CICANA here
The current administration fee is Rp1.750.000 for live-out and Rp2.100.000-Rp2.500.000 for live-in.*)
8. Adaptation
When the candidate arrives at your house, you will begin adaptation period for two days
(48 hours after the candidate arrives) to ensure you get a perfect match. easy right?
