2. Matching & Administration
Once you find a suitable candidate, conduct a direct interview via WhatsApp, phone, or video call to get to know them better. Once you reach an agreement, proceed with Cicana Conference Call™ together with Cicana team, then settle the administration fee
(down from the normal price of Rp4,000,000 to just Rp2,200,000–Rp2,500,000 for live-in/live-out, or Rp750,000 for Inval) to finalize the placement.

3. Placement
Once the administration is complete, the domestic worker will be escorted directly to your home, having first undergone attitude & manner training at the School of ART to ensure they are ready to work professionally. During the first 48 hours, there is an adaptation period to ensure a good fit.
Once it’s a match, the domestic worker officially begins working at your home.
