Hiring Workers Process with Cicana

We make it easy for you to search for the best domestic workers

1. Contact Us Through WhatsApp

You can contact us through WhatsApp here, then we will send you a form you need to fill out. While you can check salary range here,

2. Candidate Search

After you fill out the form, we will send you
a list of available candidates along with their profiles here.
You will review the candidates’ profiles which detail their education, experience, job interest, work history,
other informations, and psychological interview score with Behavior Event Interview (BEI)

3. Interview

Subscribe us to access more than one worker’s candidates.
You may choose your liking with cicanaPro or cicana+
Click the “get phone number” button on the candidate’s profile, then we will give you the worker’s phone number,
so you can interview them via WhatsApp, Voice Call/Video Call.

4. CicanaConferenceCall™

After you find a suitable candidate, we will arrange trilateral online meetings
(Customer, Worker and Cicana).

5. Set your worker start date

Following a successful conference call and you have chosen to hire a suitable candidate,
we will arrange the date they start to work at your house.
Our team will arrange the candidate’s transport directly to your house when the start date is set.

6. Trial & Hire

When the candidate arrives at your house, you will begin probation for two days
(48 hours after the candidate arrives) to ensure you get a perfect match.

7. Pay

Pay admin fee to Cicana, easy right?
